Cross Country Schooling - Booking
Book only by calling 01477 500605 have a card to hand as we will need payment on
booking, best times to call are 8-30 to 9-30am 12-30 to 1-30pm and 5-00 to 6-30pm.
Calls after 6.30pm will go to voicemail, we will get back to any messages as soon
as we can. Please allow notice for booking, trying to call at 8pm on a Saturday night
for a Sunday booking will not be successful.
DO NOT TURN UP WITHOUT BOOKING YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY (OR CHARGED 10% EXTRA)
FEES
Cross Country £24 each horse
Showjumps on Grass and Cross Country Combined £35 per horse
Please arrive on time to make a prompt start, if you are running late please call
and let us know, we will still try and accommodate you.
Once you have read the rules for use, either on this website or at the entrance,
then help yourself to the Cross Country course when ready.
Single riders must be accompanied by someone on foot.
Carry a charged and working mobile phone at all times.
There is a Portaloo on site and there is cold water available by the gate.

We are on Brookhouse Lane near to the junction with Pitcher lane. The XC and parking
is on the opposite side to the road to Livery Yard please familiar yourself in advance
where we are well marked on Google maps. Access via the A534 down Brookhouse lane
is the only recommended access as it has good visibility and several passing places.
Access via Pitcher lane or Back lane is certainly not advised! If you don’t know
where we are then PLAN YOUR JOURNEY IN ADVANCE.

Refund Policy
Notify us before your planned booking if you wish to cancel and change your date
as NO SHOW = NO CREDIT.
If you can’t make your booking, let us know ASAP. So long as you tell us in advance
you can change you date or get a credit for a future date. Credits last for 15 months
after the original booking. Remember NO SHOW = NO CREDIT.
