Well finally summer arrived and after waiting so patiently we have harvested
all our haylage. It was all baled in very good order considering the weather we have
had and the time of year, yields were a bit over the place with one field doing quite
poorly but another gave an excellent yield, all in all we are up on last year's first
cut but so we should be cutting six weeks late. With cutting so late what second
cut will we get? They can't help but be down I predict and with total yields I'm
thinking will be similar to last year. Orders now welcome and prices held at last
years for early orders.
